What is Financial Inclusion?

Financial Inclusion is about people having access to appropriate financial services, products and advice, together with skills, knowledge and confidence to deal with money effectively.

What is Financial Capability?

Financial capability is having the knowledge, skills, confidence and motivation to manage your money well. This includes understanding financial products, being able to use them and having the confidence and motivation to do so.
